How do I refund an incorrect payment to a customer?
- It is customer's responsibility to ensure they pay the correct amount, use the correct benefit type, and select the right location.
- However, you can refund an incorrect payment to the customer within the same day through our online service.
- Log in and select "Venue manager" as your role.
- From the "Transactions History" section, you can search for the specific payment and open it by clicking on the transaction number.
- Refund it by clicking on "Refund."
- If you cannot refund the payment within the same day, you can compensate the incorrect payment to the customer with a gift card or a complimentary ticket, for example.
