Smartum has two different services on the market for customers: Smartum Plus and Smartum Saldo. In this article, we will help you identify which service your company uses and guide you to the right place to sign in.

These are two different services with separate instructions for use. For this reason, it is a good idea to find out which service you are using. Both services are logged in via the Smartum.fi website, using the "Sign in" button at the top navigation.

Note: Some of our customers have both services in use.
Smartum Plus
The newer Smartum Plus service enables even more individualized well-being support by offering employees a wider range of different benefit types. If your company has a flexible benefit, automatic lunch benefit or bicycle benefit, you have the Plus service at your disposal. In the service, you can use groups and benefit percentages to manage benefits.
You can log in to the Smartum Plus service with your personal online banking credentials or mobile certificate on the Smartum.fi website or directly via this link:

Smartum Saldo
If your company uses traditional Smartum benefits – such as sports balance, sports and culture balance, massage balance or commuting balance – you probably have the Smartum Balance service.
You can recognize the service by, among other things:
The employee chooses the type of benefit they want (e.g. sports and culture balance or massage balance) and signs up for the benefit they want via a link shared by the employer.
The benefit amount is allocated to the selected benefit type – it cannot be used for other benefit types
The service can offer alternative benefit packages, from which the employee chooses the most suitable option for them in advance
Login is done with Smartum IDs, i.e. email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page under “Forgot your password?”.
Benefit percentages and groups are not used. The benefits you subscribe to are invoiced in advance.

- Try logging in to both services (Plus → with online banking credentials, Saldo → with email and password)
- Check your previous invoice. You can identify a Smartum Plus invoice by its customer number, which starts with PLUS, and the ordered products on the invoice lines start with Smartum Plus.
