Smartum is now part of Epassi

It is no longer possible to register as a new customer for Smartum’s services. If your company has never ordered employee benefits from Smartum before, you can create a new account and order benefits from Epassi instead.

Which service is right for your company?

Smartum Plus – a modern and flexible solution

Smartum Plus is a newer service designed for companies that value flexibility and a wide range of benefits. With the flexible benefit, you can give employees the freedom to use the allocated benefit amount according to their current needs, across different benefit types.

New benefits, such as the health benefit and the bike benefit, are available only through Smartum Plus.

Smartum Saldo – a traditional and familiar option

Smartum Saldo is a long-standing service that provides traditional employee benefits in a digital format. It is especially suitable for companies accustomed to this way of distributing and managing benefits.

Through this service, you can offer one or more benefits to employees, but the use of each benefit is restricted to the chosen benefit type. For example, a sports and culture balance can only be used at sports and culture locations within the Smartum network.

A couple of important notes:

  • Smartum vouchers can no longer be ordered.

  • We are no longer accepting new registrations for Smartum’s services. If you are already a Smartum customer, you can order benefits here.

Switching from one service to another

You can order Smartum benefits from different services at the same time, depending on your needs. However, please note that these are two separate systems, and any funds in your company’s Smartum account will not be transferred between services.

Can I move to Epassi myself?

Since Smartum and Epassi are two separate systems, you cannot transfer your company’s account from Smartum to Epassi yourself. You can, however, make the transfer process smoother by following these steps:

  • Wait to be contacted by Smartum.

  • We will send you an email about one month before it is time to move your company’s account from Smartum to Epassi.

  • At that time, you will receive more details about the schedule for your account’s transfer.

  • Distribute the funds in your Smartum account to employees as benefits as soon as possible, so you can avoid service fees once your account has been transferred.
