The merger of Smartum with Epassi does not require any action from you as a service provider – you can continue to accept Smartum payments as usual.
Smartum is now officially part of Epassi. This change does not affect service providers. All Smartum benefits and payment methods will continue to function as normal:

You can continue to accept all Smartum payment methods as before – SmartumPay payments, vouchers, as well as online and SMS payments.

Smartum benefits remain valid, and there are no changes to contracts or procedures at this stage.

You do not need to make any changes to your systems or operations. Everything will continue to work as before.

We will inform you well in advance if there are any future changes that may affect your operations as a service provider. Our goal is to make any transition clear and easy for all parties involved.
