You can begin to accept the Smartum means of payment instantly by signing the contract at our web service. For the time being, the user interface is only in Finnish.

An exercise venue that holds a valid Liikuntaseteli contract may update the contract easily in the web to cover also Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli (prev. name Kulttuuriseteli).
Register easily at the web service
Step 1
Choose the means of payment to be accepted in your enterprise. The default setting when registering is the acceptance of Smartum vouchers. When selling only cultural services, the partner agrees to accept only Smartum Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli (prev. name).
Also, your enterprise has the option of accepting the new, electric Smartum Saldo as means of payment.
- Smartum Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli (prev. name Kulttuuriseteli) is a voucher with the nominal value of €5. Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli buys both cultural services and active exercise services, depending on the service provider.
- Smartum Saldo is a new, electric payment solution for fringe benefits. Smartum Saldo was launched in the Jyväskylä economic area in August 2008 and it will become nationwide. Also service providers outside of the Jyväskylä economic area can sign a contract on the acceptance of Smartum Saldo and thus make sure they are prepared to accept electric payment.
NB! All above-mentioned Smartum Oy means of payment are perquisites offered by the employer. The benefits are personal and cannot be used to pay for the activities of children or other family members.
Step 2
Register the official details of your company, your details and the marketing details of all your places of business separately.
Step 3
Acquaint yourself with the contract conditions and the price lists and accept them by ratifying your registering.
Entry into force of the contract
Your registering will be processed as soon as possible. After this your company's marketing details will appear in the venue search of our web service and the exercise services you provide will be available to Smartum voucher and/or Saldo customers.
The person in charge of the contract will be emailed a username and password for entry into the Smartum web service.
We will also mail you a contract kit that includes clearance material, handling instructions and marketing material.
Price list
- Admission charge: We charge an admission charge of €85 from our partners upon joining the network (VAT 0%).
- Service fee: A service fee of 5% is charged for Liikuntaseteli, Smartum Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli (prev. name Kulttuuriseteli) and Smartum Saldo
Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli- criteria for partnership:
- The service provider will accept the Smartum means of payment listed in the contract (Liikuntaseteli/Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli/Smartum Saldo) according to its price list.
- The operations of the service provider must be regular and target the adult population.
- The service provider markets and informs the public of the services it offers publicly.
- The level of services and its continuity as well as its facilities must be generally acceptable.
- Services provided by a cultural service provider must fulfil the criteria on cultural services defined by taxation authorities.
