Introduction

Things to be considered before placing an order:

  1. Decide whether you want to offer Liikuntaseteli or Liikunta- ja kulttuuriseteli. (Read more NAPPI_eteenpain_tekstissa)
  2. Decide for a suitable level for the Liikuntaseteli benefit. Decide whether your company will bear the entire cost or if you want to charge a deductible from the employee.
  3. Select the ordering interval that suits your company's needs (according to a set schedule or as needed). 
  4. Decide on the distribution model to be used. Will a meeting be organised to inform employees about the exercise benefit programme and to distribute the vouchers, or may the vouchers be collected at the office from a designated person? How often are the vouchers to be distributed, and how will charging for any amounts in excess of the vouchers' value be arranged?
  5. Inform the personnel of the benefit.
  6. Order NAPPI_eteenpain_tekstissa the vouchers.

Ordering and prices

The vouchers are ordered by the book (one book = 10 vouchers = 40 euros). The minimum order is one book. The administrative fee for orders placed as a registered client through the web service is €12/delivery, for orders placed by phone or fax €20/delivery.

Methods of delivery

The client defines the method of payment while placing an order:

  • advance invoicing, where the order is paid in advance and delivered as a registered letter upon payment reaching Smartum's account. It is possible to have an invoice in PDF file format emailed to you right after placing the order.
  • collect on delivery, where payment is due in the post office when retrieving the package.

Orders above €8000.00 in value in the Helsinki area will be delivered automatically through a messenger service at no extra cost. Orders worth more than €8000.00 in the rest of Finland will be delivered as insured, registered postal matter without extra cost.

Usage

The monetary value of one Liikuntaseteli voucher is €4, and it can be applied to single tickets, serial tickets or season tickets, depending on the facility. No money is provided as change for a voucher. When the price involved is more than €4, the employee pays the difference with cash or another voucher. Liikuntaseteli vouchers can be used through the final date of validity marked on them.

Real-time information about the exercise facilities accepting vouchers can be found on under "Server locator' (the search function is only in Finnish). Facilities can be searched for by area, type, or the name of the exercise facility.
